Pune, Feb. 4 -- A special programme on attracting tourists to Jammu and Kashmir was held here where officials said they are fully prepared to welcome more tourists from Maharashtra, especially Pune, and assured them of a warm and heartfelt welcome.

The Tourist Trade Interest Guild (TTIG) organized a special program on "Tourism Perspective and the Future of Kashmir", focusing on new opportunities, policies, and the bright future of Kashmir tourism.

The event was held at Shivajinagar, Pune, and received an enthusiastic response from the tourism industry, with representatives from over 70 tour and travel companies in attendance.
