Srinagar, Oct. 3 -- The Islamic Relief and Research Trust (IRRT) Kashmir today organised a one-day multifaith dialogue conference at Tagore Hall, Srinagar, coinciding with upcoming Hindu and Muslim festivals.

The event was a follow-up to the dialogue held on April 22 this year.

The conference, aimed at fostering mutual respect, goodwill, and understanding among people of different faiths, was inaugurated by Grand Mufti of Jammu and Kashmir, Nasir-ul-Islam, and presided over by Mirwaiz Central Kashmir, Syed Abdul LateefAdvocate Abdul Rashid Hanjura, Chairman of IRRT, welcomed the participants and urged religious leaders to support the dialogue process to achieve peace and common ground.
