Chennai, Sept. 28 -- Police have enhanced security arrangements at the residence of TVK Founder andactor-politician Vijay in the ake of yesterday's tragic stampede during his political rally at Karur that left39 dead and 51 injured.
A 15-member police team, headed by a senior official, was posted in front of VIjay's residence at ECR toprevent any backlash.
Meanwhile, members of the Tamil Nadu Student's Movement attempted to stage a demonstration in frontof Vijay's House this afternoon.
