Nagpur, March 1 -- Karun Nair's stellar century put Vidarbha in a commanding position on the fourth day of the Ranji Trophy final against Kerala at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium here on Saturday.

At stumps, Vidarbha stood at 249/4 in 90 overs in their second innings, holding a formidable lead of 286 runs. Nair remained unbeaten on 132 off 280 deliveries, laced with 10 boundaries and two sixes, guiding his team towards a dominant position.

Earlier, Kerala was bowled out for 342 in first innings after Vidarbha made 379 in its first innings.
