Bengaluru, Oct. 22 -- Karnataka Minister and Congress leader Priyank Kharge today raised questions over the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) funding and registration status. The comments come ahead of a planned RSS march in his Chittapur constituency on November 2, which has intensified political debate.
