Bengaluru, Sept. 16 -- Janata Dal (Secular) leader Nikhil Kumaraswamy today launched a sharp attack on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over his recent remarks casting doubt on the credibility of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), saying the Congress must explain its shifting stand on the technology it once defended and benefitted from.
Speaking to media, Kumaraswamy said Gandhi's call for a return to ballot papers was "selective" and raised questions about the consistency of the party's position.
