Karnataka orders special prayers to mark Op Sindoor success
Bengaluru, May 8 -- The Karnataka government has directed all temples under the Muzrai Department to conduct special prayers to commemorate the success of Operation Sindoor, carried out by the Indian armed forces in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack.
State Transport and Muzrai Minister B Ramalinga Reddy, addressing mediapersons here on Thursday, said that the circular has been issued by the Commissioner of Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Department, mandating temples to organise special prayers praying for the strength and well-being of the Indian Army.
