Bengaluru, March 12 -- Karnataka Ministers on Thursday criticised the union Government over airport-related decisions, alleging bias against the State while reacting to recent developments concerning airport approvals.
Karnataka Higher Education Minister M C Sudhakar alleged that the Centre shows a "stepmotherly attitude" towards Karnataka in clearing major infrastructure proposals, including the demand for a second international airport for Bengaluru.
Speaking on the issue, Sudhakar said long-pending proposals from states are often cleared only when elections approach.
