Bengaluru, Sept. 18 -- Karnataka Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao today strongly defended Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's allegations of voter list manipulation, saying the concerns deserved "serious attention" rather than outright dismissal.
"Most probably, Rahul Gandhi has a lot of information, and the way the Election Commission is behaving is raising serious doubts," Rao told reporters in Bengaluru. "The Election Commissioner should be above board - someone beyond even a hint of suspicion. But the way he talks and behaves is unlike any Election Commissioner in the past.
