Bengaluru, July 10 -- The Karnataka High Court will hear in September a batch of appeals, including one filed by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, challenging a single-judge bench order that upheld the Governor's sanction for investigation and prosecution in the alleged Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam. A Division Bench comprising Acting Chief Justice VM Kameshwar Rao and Justice CM Joshi today re-issued notices to unserved respondents in the appeals and directed that the matter be listed for hearing in September.
