Bengaluru, Aug. 13 -- The Karnataka High Court today expressed concern over portions of the judicial inquiry commission's report on the Bengaluru stampede outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium, with an oral remark that "some observations in the report are shocking. these are not hardened criminals." The bench of Justices J Banerji and U Adiga made the comment while hearing a plea by DNA Entertainment Limited, organiser of the RCB IPL victory parade, challenging the commission's findings.
