Bengaluru, Oct. 19 -- The Karnataka High Court, in a special sitting today, directed the convenor of RSS in Kalaburagi Ashok Patil to submit a fresh application to hold a peaceful march in Chittapur Town on November 2.
The court, however, clarified that it had not yet decided whether the march can happen.
Chittapur is the constituency of state minister and senior Congress leader Priyank Kharge who had recently urged the Karnataka government to ban all RSS activities in government schools, colleges and temples, which drew sharp reactions from RSS and BJP leaders.
