Bengaluru, Jan. 27 -- The Karnataka High Court has dismissed the bail plea of a man accused of being a member of the banned terrorist organisation Islamic State (ISIS), holding that there are prima facie materials to show his active involvement in radicalisation, reconnaissance, arson activities and terror funding through cryptocurrency.

A division bench comprising Justice HP Sandesh and Justice T Venkatesh Naik upheld the order of the trial court rejecting bail to the appellant (accused No.4), who is facing prosecution in a case registered by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
