Bengaluru, Nov. 19 -- The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections slated for November 30 are set to go ahead without legal impediments after the High Court of Karnataka disposed of two petitions that had cast uncertainty over the electoral process.
In a major relief for Team Game Changers led by former India pacer Venkatesh Prasad, a Division Bench comprising Justices DK Singh and J Tara Vitasta Ganju, disposed of WP No. 10176/2020, observing that the challenge to the election of five office-bearers elected in October 2019 had become infructuous as their three-year term had already expired.
