Bengaluru, May 3 -- The Karnataka Government has resolved to press the Union Government to issue a gazette notification of the final award of the Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal-II (KWDT-II) during the meeting convened by the Union Jal Shakti Ministry on May 7. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah held a strategy meeting with cabinet colleagues from the Krishna basin region and senior legal experts to firm up the state's position ahead of the crucial meeting.
