Bengaluru, June 10 -- Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the Congress government in the state, alleging that its renewed push for a caste survey was a deliberate ploy to deflect attention from its administrative failures and mounting public anger following the Bengaluru stampede tragedy.
