Bengaluru, Jan. 5 -- The quarterly Karnataka Development Programme (KDP) review meeting held in Bidar on Monday was disrupted following a heated confrontation between BJP MLA Siddu Patil and Congress MLC Bhimarao Patil over a residential layout issue.

The meeting, chaired by Forest and Environment Minister Eshwar Khandre at the Zilla Panchayat auditorium, began smoothly, but turned tense within half an hour.
