Bagalkote, Oct. 13 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today directed the state's Chief Secretaries to examine the possibility of prohibiting RSS activities on government premises, taking cue from Tamil Nadu's action on the matter.
Responding to Minister Priyanka Kharge's letter seeking a ban on RSS activities in government spaces, Siddaramaiah told the media the organisation is using government premises for its functions and similar restrictions could be considered in Karnataka.
Regarding the representation of the Valmiki community in the cabinet, he said the matter will be examined during the upcoming cabinet reshuffle, and the government has not removed any MLAs who resigned.
