Kalaburagi, Dec. 6 -- Congress MLA Ajay Singh on Saturday said a cabinet reshuffle in Karnataka is inevitable and could take place at any time in the coming months, while also reiterating his ministerial aspirations.
Speaking to reporters here, Singh said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had earlier indicated that the reshuffle would happen in November, but the schedule now appears open-ended.
He said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had initially indicated the reshuffle would occur in November, but MLAs now expect it could happen in December or after the assembly session, and if not, it may take place in January, February, or March. "Sooner or later, it will happen," he added.
