Bengaluru, Sept. 22 -- Senior Congress leader and MLC Saleem Ahmed today said that the state government's cabinet expansion is expected in November, emphasising that it is strictly about reassigning ministerial posts and not about a change in the Chief Minister. He added that new leaders and minority representatives will be given opportunities in the next round of appointments.
