Bengaluru, July 24 -- The Karnataka Cabinet has taken nearly 30 key decisions, including accepting the Justice John Michael D Cunha Commission Report into the Chinnaswamy Stadium stampede of June 4 which indicts several private associations and government officers, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister HK Patil announced today.
Addressing mediapersons after the Cabinet meeting, Patil said, "One of the very important decisions was the consideration and acceptance of the Justice Cunha report. The cabinet discussed the report in detail and has decided to initiate legal action as per law against the private associations and officers named in the report."
