Bengaluru, Aug. 13 -- Karnataka is emerging as a frontrunner in India's renewable energy revolution, with over 70% of its installed power capacity now sourced from renewables and more than 40% of the actual electricity consumed generated through clean energy, according to Gaurav Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary of the state energy department.
