Mumbai, Dec. 17 -- Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar's 'Homebound' has been shortlisted in the Best International Feature Film category at the Oscars 2026, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced.

India's official submission for the Oscars this year, the film has advanced to the final shortlist of 15 titles competing in the international feature section, placing it in a select group of films from around the world.

Produced under Karan Johar's Dharma Productions banner, 'Homebound' is directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, featuring Vishal Jethla, Ishaan Khattar, and Janhvi Kapoor in pivotal roles.
