Dharamshala, Dec. 30 -- Himachal Pradesh Assembly Deputy Chief Whip Kewal Singh Pathania on Tuesday said that the Kangra Valley Carnival 2025 is a strong example of the state government's new governance approach under the leadership of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
Addressing a press conference here, Pathania said the carnival has evolved beyond a cultural festival into a comprehensive platform promoting social awareness, cultural preservation, tourism, youth participation and the message of a drug-free Himachal.
