Dharamshala, Dec. 27 -- The Kangra Valley Carnival Literature Festival, organised under the Kangra Valley Carnival 2025, was held on Friday at the auditorium of Government Postgraduate College, Dharamshala.
The event witnessed the presence of eminent personalities associated with literature, art and culture, along with a large gathering of literature enthusiasts. The festival emerged as a vibrant confluence of literature, theatre, music and intellectual dialogue.
