Indora, July 21 -- Kangra valley was drenched during the last 24 hours following heavy rains leaving Manooni, Manji and Banner khads swollen.
Roads were flooded in some parts of the valley and in the outskirts of Kangra town. The life was left out of gear following the rains.
The main road connecting the three panchayats of Majra, Damtal, and Mohtli in the Indora Assembly constituency has been severely damaged due to heavy rainfall. A portion of the Civil Enclave Road was washed away after the water level in the Chakki rivulet rose dangerously, disrupting connectivity to these areas.
