Kolkata, May 3 -- The officer-in-charge of Kalighat Police Station was changed once more on Sunday. Balai Bag, the additional officer-in-charge (OC) of the Polerhat police station of the Bangor division, has been posted as the new OC of the Kalighat police station.
Bag's posting comes hours after Chaitali Mukherjee replaced Goutam Das as the OC of Kalighat police station.
On Saturday, the Kolkata Police suspended Goutam Das, the erstwhile OC of the Kalighat police station, for allegedly posting a photograph of him posing with a rifle on a social media platform.
