Hyderabad, Dec. 8 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Monday praised the Telangana government's developmental trajectory as it completed two years in office, asserting that the state is no longer competing with other Indian states but "competing globally."Speaking at the Telangana Rising Summit 2047 here, Shivakumar congratulated Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and his cabinet for attracting national and international industry leaders and for preparing a long-term vision document to be released on Wednesday.
