Bengaluru, July 21 -- Karnataka on Tuesday witnessed 3,649 fresh cases of COVID-19 taking the total number of tested positive cases to 71,069 here on Tuesday.
The death toll due to the COVID-19 disease also rose to 1464 as 61 more persons succumbed to deaths in the last 24 hours in the state.
According to official sources, in the last 24-hours, 1664 patients had been cured and discharged from various hospitals.
They said that among the new cases reported, the Bengaluru Urban district continued to top the table of new cases with 1714 followed by Ballari 193, Dakshina Kannada 149, Mysuru 135, Yadagiri 117, Uttara Kannada 109, Hassana 107, Kolara 103, Kalaburagi 99, Davanagere 95, Bengaluru rural 95, Udupi 84, Dharwada 84, Chikkaballapura 8...
