Kannur, Oct. 11 -- AICC Organizing General Secretary KC Venugopal has highlighted a mystery surrounding the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons issued to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's son in a money laundering case.
Addressing the media today, Venugopal said, "The ED issued the notice in 2023, but it surfaced only now. When such notices are issued against Congress or Opposition leaders, they are published at national level by central agencies. But in this case, the ED remained silent."He pointed to the National Herald and Hemant Soren cases as clear examples of the agency's selective approach.
