Dharamshala, Jan. 4 -- Former Mayor Devendra Jaggi said that ensuring justice for the victim's family is the sole priority in the wake of the untimely death of a young girl, terming the incident as extremely tragic and painful for society at large.
In a statement issued on Friday, Jaggi said politicising such a sensitive matter was inappropriate and against human values.
"My clear and only objective is to ensure justice for the victim's family," he asserted.
He said he was in constant touch with the bereaved family and fully understood their pain and expectations.
