Bengaluru, Sept. 26 -- Forty-one activists of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KRV) were placed under judicial custody after disrupting the final day of the Parliamentary Committee on Official Language's three-day meeting at the Taj West End Hotel in Bengaluru.
The protest, which took place between 10:45 am and 11:00 am, temporarily interrupted the session, police said.
According to the Bengaluru City Police, the protestors entered the venue illegally, obstructed government officials, and created a disturbance. The police intervened promptly, restored order, and registered a case against the activists at High Grounds Police Station.
