Hyderabad, Nov. 15 -- The Congress party's victory in the Jubilee Hills byelection, is "an alert before an earthquake" for the Opposition, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy warned on Friday.

In byelection results declared for the Jubilee Hills, the stronghold of BRS for nearly a decade, Congress candidate N Naveen Yadav defeated his nearest BRS rival Maganti Sunitha by a margin of 24,711 votes. BJP candidate Lankala Deepak Reddy lost the deposit.
