Ranchi, Oct. 21 -- The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has filed an appeal against the order of the Jharkhand High Court's single bench in the Meena Kumari case.
The Commission has made Meena Kumari and a few other parties in its appeal.
In response, Neeraj Kumar and 64 other candidates have submitted an Interlocutory Application for Intervention before the High Court through advocate Chanchal Jain.
The applicants have argued that the issue extends beyond Meena Kumari's individual case, as it concerns the rights and future of thousands of candidates linked to the same recruitment process. They have requested that the court hear all affected parties in the interest of justice to ensure a fair and comprehensive verdict.
