Hubballi, June 22 -- Union Minister and senior BJP leader Prahlad Joshi on Sunday described the letter written by Congress MLA and former Minister BR Patil to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on irregularities in the Rajiv Gandhi Housing Scheme as "clear-cut evidence" of what he called the "most corrupt government" in the state's history. "This government is for corruption, by corruption, and of the people who indulge in corruption," Joshi said, taking a direct swipe at the Congress regime in Karnataka.
