Bengaluru, Oct. 3 -- union Minister Pralhad Joshi today cut through the Congress leadership speculation in Karnataka with surgical precision, pointing out that discussions were underway within the Congress party about removing Siddaramaiah as Chief Minister.
"I have been saying it all along - why Siddaramaiah is claiming that he will remain the chief minister for the full term? This is an internal party matter; why drag it before the public and the media? Siddaramaiah has already taken oath, but why is he repeatedly saying that he will remain the chief minister? That means there are discussions within the Congress about removing him from the post," Joshi told reporters, leaving little room for doubt.
