Los Angeles, Nov. 16 -- Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, the filmmaking duo behind 'Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves' and the screenplay for 'Spider-Man: Homecoming,' have been tapped to write and direct a new 'Star Trek' movie, Variety reports.
The outlet notes that this upcoming film will not continue the J.J. Abrams-led reboot and will exclude Chris Pine and other actors from those previous movies.
