Hyderabad, Jan. 28 -- John Wesley has been elected as the Secretary of the Telangana CPI (M) during the 4th State Mahasabha held in Sangareddy.
The announcement was made on the concluding day of the event on Tuesday.
Wesley succeeds Thammineni Veerabhadram as the party's state leader.
Hailing from Amarachintha village in Wanaparthy district, Wesley has been an active member of the party with a significant track record.
Previously, he served as the President of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) and the State Anti-Caste Discrimination Committee, highlighting his commitment to social justice and youth empowerment.
