London, March 10 -- "Hamnet" famed actor Joe Alwyn is set to appear in "Seance on a Wet Afternoon," the directorial venture of Tomas Alfredson.
Principal photography has already commenced in the U.K.
Rachel Weisz (The Favourite) and Matthew Macfadyen (Succession) star in the drama, written by Adolescence writer Jack Thorne. Weisz plays Myra, a self-proclaimed medium, who convinces her husband, Billy (Macfadyen), to kidnap the son of a wealthy family so she can lead the police to the "missing" child and legitimise her psychic abilities.
