New Delhi, Dec. 17 -- Artificial intelligence(AI) will not eliminate jobs but will instead recreate and recondition them as industries adapt to new technologies, former Tech Mahindra CEO CP Gurnani said on Wednesday.
Gurnani called for a more balanced and realistic understanding of AI's impact on employment and growth.
Gurnani said the global economy- particularly the United States- has seen a sharp rise in the weightage of technology, with AI now sitting at the core of productivity, innovation and competitive advantage.
