Ranchi, July 22 -- Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) today alleged that the BJP forced Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar out of office for supporting farmers, soldiers, and the Opposition, calling it an "unprecedented assault on democratic traditions."

Addressing a press conference here, JMM central general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya said, "Why was Dhankhar removed? Because he didn't allow Adani to dominate parliamentary discourse. Because he wanted discussions on Operation Sindoor and the valor of Indian soldiers."
