New Delhi, March 23 -- A day after banning the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF-Yasin Malik) by the Centre, the Government officials on Saturday said that JKLF (Y) has a long history of killing innocent people in the Valley and it was responsible for a litany of terrorist attacks in the state since the early 1980s. Raising the slogan of 'azadi' for the first time, the group perpetrated heinous crimes by targeting the Kashmiri pandits, government employees, ordinary peace-loving Kashmiri people, including the kidnapping of Dr Rubaiya Sayeed, daughter of the then Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, a senior functionary in the security set up told UNI.
