Jammu, Oct. 10 -- In a major step towards dismantling terror networks and eliminating the residual traces of militancy, the police today attached land belonging to exfiltrated terrorists in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The police spokesman here said that the immovable property, agricultural land measuring 4 kanals and 11 marlas, belonging to an exfiltrated terrorist, Farooq Ahmed alias Abid, resident of Dumki, Sumber, Tehsil Ramban has been attached under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) within the jurisdiction of the Gool Sub-Division.
The action is linked to FIR No. 2/2024 under relevant sections registered at Police Station Dharamkund.
