Srinagar, Sept. 8 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Secretariat today refuted reports claiming it had endorsed the slapping of the Public Safety Act (PSA) against Doda MLA Mehraj Malik, clarifying that its role was limited to informing legislators about his arrest as per Assembly rules.
