Srinagar, Oct. 6 -- The Government today attached in-charge Chief Education Officer, Baramulla, Bashir Ahmad Shah days after he issued a circular warning teaching and non-teaching staff not to criticise government policies on social media.
An order issued by the School Education department in this regard reads, "Pending inquiry, Bashir Ahmad Shah, In-charge Chief Education Officer, Baramulla is hereby attached to the Directorate of School Education Kashmir with immediate effect.
Further, the Chief Education Officer, Bandipora, shall hold charge of the post of Chief Education Office, Baramulla and Principal, DIET Sopore, Baramulla, till further orders".
