Jammu, Feb. 5 -- The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh at Jammu on Wednesday expressed its deep anguish and displeasure over the health facilities available in the UTs of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

It also expressed its displeasure over non-filing of response by both the UTs to the 14 suggestions filed by Advocate Sheikh Shakeel Ahmed on behalf of petitioner Balwinder Singh, suggesting measures for improving the healthcare in both the UTs, particularly the peripheral areas.
