Srinagar, Dec. 23 -- In a bid to strengthen the implementation of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in schools, the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) organised a one-day orientation programme for 100 selected Heads of Institutions (HOIs) and Cluster Heads from 10 districts of the Kashmir division at SCERT, Srinagar.
