New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- Haptik, a subsidiary of Reliance Jio, today launched a new initiative, 'AI for All', to provide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with enterprise-grade 'WhatsApp AI agents' at an entry price of Rs 10,000.
The WhatsApp AI agents are conversational virtual assistants that use artificial intelligence (AI) to automate customer interactions. These agents can understand context, adapt to complex requests, and provide personalised responses, helping businesses manage customer queries and sales.
The new pricing model allows SMBs to pay based on their usage.
