Kaithal, Sept. 27 -- Jindal Steel, led by Kurukshetra MP and industrialist Naveen Jindal, has been granted the status of 'National Certification Body' by the National Council of Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. With this, Jindal Steel becomes India's first major diversified industry and first integrated steel manufacturer to receive this recognition. According to a press release from MP Jindal's office, the achievement underscores the company's leading role in India's steel and infrastructure sector.
