Ranchi, Jan. 9 -- The terror of a rogue tusker has once again escalated in West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand, claiming two more lives on Friday morning.

The incident occurred near Tilokuti village under Khadpos area of Benisagar Panchayat in the Majhgaon block.

The victims have been identified as 40-year-old Prakash Malwa, a resident of Benisagar, and a child. Eyewitnesses stated that the child's body was reportedly stuck in the elephant's tusk, highlighting the brutality of the attack.

On receiving information, police personnel rushed to the spot and initiated further action.
